ARTEMISIA is an International Non-Profit Association (A.I.S.B.L.) founded in December 2015 and based in Brussels. It was born from an alliance of philanthropists wishing, through a close partnership with a law firm also named ARTEMISIA (www.artemisia-lawyers.com) and based in Paris, to provide assistance and legal support to the civil society and its campaigns in favour of the protection of the environment and human rights. ARTEMISIA is also directly involved in certain campaigns, in particular in favour of safeguarding cultivated biodiversity and defending the rule of law in times of health crisis.
