CONTEXT
Internal communication in MSF is vitally important and relates directly to the foundation of our organisation: the people – staff, managers and volunteers. Together we are the cornerstone of MSF and make it possible to pursue our main goal: providing medical care to people in need.
At a time when MSF is relying more and more on remote teams, with different hubs across the world and an increasing number of people teleworking, the challenges to keep our staff connected, engaged and informed are multiple. In line with these recent evolutions, MSF Belgium (OCB – Operational center Brussels), one of the 6 MSF operational directorates, launched an intranet in April 2023.
